Founder & Managing Director, Carnica Technology

Marian A. Wosnitza founded Carnica Technology in 2003 and is responsible for the company’s business development, sales, marketing and finance.

With more than 40 years of experience in the international electronics and software industry, he brings together technical understanding, entrepreneurial experience and an extensive network of industry contacts.

Before founding Carnica Technology, he helped US-based high-technology companies establish and grow their European operations, serving in senior management positions including Managing Director and European Vice President. His career includes Zycad Corporation, IKOS, Quickturn Design Systems, Metron Technology and Applied Microsystems Corporation.

This combination of technical background and international business experience continues to shape Carnica Technology today: helping embedded development teams identify professional tools and technologies that fit both their technical requirements and their business objectives.

Marian A. Wosnitza holds a Master’s degree in Physics, Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Saarland University, Germany.
